Fiona is a member of the Change team providing programme coordination and support services to Terry Stocks; a key role is to educate and support Government Departments to help them embed BIM as business as usual in line with the current 2016-20 Government Construction Strategy. Fiona’s engagement includes helping organisations to understand the specific relevance of BIM to their business strategy, supporting the development of appropriate BIM strategies, planning implementation, training staff and also managing change, in order to help drive benefit and value.

An Architectural Technologist with a strong construction industry background, resulting in a wide breadth experience and knowledge, as Lead Architectural Designer / Technical Assessor on the UK Government’s first BIM project at HMYOI Cookham Wood and then more widely across other Ministry of Justice projects, Fiona played an important part in driving forward the early adoption of BIM from 2011 onwards; then subsequently, when providing BIM Task Group Departmental Support Officer services, Fiona was able to share her knowledge across other UK Government Clients.

Fiona also provides consultancy services to private clients, consultants, constructors and suppliers, ensuring a continued spread of experience across a number of sectors and tiers of the construction industry.
