Centre for Digital Built Britain completed its five-year mission and closed its doors at the end of September 2022

This website remains as a legacy of the achievements of our five-year foundational journey towards a digital built Britain

CDBB's D-COM network is looking for survey participants to help understand the present capabilities of compliance systems, along with the current attitudes and industry readiness for the digitisation of regulations and compliance checking.

The D-COM network is undertaking research to determine the State of the Nation on the digitalisation of regulations, standards and requirements.  The objective of this research is to understand the present capabilities, short falls and efficacy of compliance systems along with the current attitudes and industry readiness for the digitisation of regulations and compliance checking. Additionally, the research will attempt to elicit the opportunities and blockers in the development of these technologies.

This study will be used to establish transparent pathways between stakeholders in starting to define how automation could assist in the auditing, checking and compliance of regulations in the future. The findings will be published in a report and there will be opportunity for those who contributed to the study to participate in the D-COM consultation event later in the year.

If you are able to help with this research please visit here and fill in the initial survey which takes approximately 15 minutes. If you select to be contacted the D-COM network leads will be in touch in September with more information.
