PRESS RELEASE

The Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, 10 March at 12.00pm – 1.00pm (GMT) to launch the Gemini Papers: a blueprint for the future.

Industry professionals are being invited to attend the webinar event to celebrate and mark the milestone occasion. Mark Enzer, Head of the National Digital Twin programme (NDTp) and Alexandra Bolton, Executive Director of CDBB will present the Gemini Papers at the event.

The Gemini Papers showcase the vital role that connected digital twins play in improving social, economic, and environmental outcomes, to create a better quality of life for us all.

Over the past five years, CDBB has worked closely with the government and industry partners to address the challenge of enabling people and nature can flourish together for generations to come. The Gemini Papers summarise their findings, addressing the what, why and how of connected digital twins.

Guided by the Gemini Principles of purpose, trust and function, the Gemini Papers are CDBB’s vision for the future, providing direction on how the built environment and industry can work towards creating a sustainable and resilient tomorrow.

The lunchtime webinar will be joined by industry thought-leaders and professionals sharing their views on the papers, followed by a fireside Q&A session – an event not to be missed.

Centre for Digital Built Britain’s Executive Director, Alexandra Bolton said:

“As CDBB celebrates the successful completion of its mission to advance the digital transformation of the built environment, I am excited to be able to share the learning we have gained over the past four years both within CDBB and with our many academic, government and industry partners who have made a digital built Britain a reality.

“The Gemini Papers capture the consensus viewpoint of the connected digital twin community and serve as a blueprint for future leaders and policy makers.”
