Invitation to Express Interest in a Research Network Scoping Workshop

last modified Feb 26, 2018 12:00 PM
Call for expressions of interest in participating in network bids and potential future research programmes. An initial Workshop will bring together an academic community interested in the research to be done around enhancing the performance of built assets and the services that depend upon them by better use of data. It will include a series of workshops in order to support the creation of networks to explore the current and needed capabilities of the UK in moving towards a digital built Britain.

As the Centre for Digital Built Britain establishes its Research Bridgehead we are inviting expressions of interest in attending an opening Research Strategy workshop.  We are interested in hearing from a wide range of academic organisations who would be interested in helping to shape the future direction of research, in joining a programme of networks and, in the longer term, in research projects.

The dates of 10-11 April 2018 have been set for the initial workshop to explore the domain. It will be held in Cambridge. More information about the networks is also available.

We invite all interested parties to register their interest on this Express your Interest form, as soon as possible. As we have a limited capacity, and to ensure a good balance of organisations are represented, we will then issue formal invitations. However, if not selected at this time, in completing the form you will have the opportunity to be added to our database and will be kept closely informed of further events and activities.
