Tom is the lead for the Digital Twin Hub (DT Hub), a part of the National Digital Twin programme. In this role Tom is responsible for the continued growth of the DT Hub community, enabling knowledge sharing within the community, and advancing the DT Hub platform. With a background in civil engineering, Tom is also the Head of Project Technology at Mott MacDonald where he focuses on the application of leading technology for engineering projects. Supporting both roles is Tom’s experience in human centered product design and agile product delivery.
