Centre for Digital Built Britain completed its five-year mission and closed its doors at the end of September 2022

Workshop for experts from industry, academia and standards bodies to help provide insight and challenge through a structured debate and workshop activities around the capabilities of the existing AR and VR technologies used in the built environment.

The Vision Network is composed of a mix of academics and practitioners with extensive and varied expertise in digital technologies, applied specifically to engineering and construction. The objective of Vision Network is to delineate the current AR and VR technologies and identify their potential to contribute to the development of the Digital Built Britain vision. The network are gathering a select group of experts from industry, academia, standards bodies that will provide insight and challenge through a structured debate and workshop activities around the capabilities of the existing AR and VR technologies used in the built environment.  There is therefore an open invitation to attend an afternoon workshop on Wednesday 24 October in Central London. The agenda for the day will be provided in the coming days, but if you are interested please confirm your attendance by COP October 5th by registering here.
