Tom Twitchett

Tom is Head of Operations and CIH Centre Lead for the Centre for Digital Built Britain. He is responsible for the development and management of all operational activities within the Centre, and as part of the CIH Senior Management Team has oversight of the delivery of the agreed programme of activities.

Before joining the team, Tom worked as Category Manager in the University’s Procurement team in both scientific and IT categories.  He delivered several million pounds-worth of procurement savings during his tenure and enabled the University to exploit a number of new technologies and platforms. 

Prior to joining the University, Tom spent time in both local and central government roles, covering contract management, change management, internal communications and IT.
