Level 2C Executive Summary

The Level 2 Convergence programme builds the bridge and demonstrates the data pathways from the existing Level 2 world of construction, connecting to the smart city world of services, consumers and the citizen. 

The purpose of the Level 2 convergence programme is to establish the relationship between the citizens and users of assets with the assets planned, designed, built, maintained and operated. This would allow the leveraging of socioeconomic outcomes with the assets constructed.

CDBB recently commissioned urban innovation labs to write a report on the CDBB Level 2 Convergence Programme regarding the standards landscape and information management systems.
